Want to start implementing creatine into my diet/bulk and a friend recommended SizeOn. However, I am currently taking a long cycle off of ACG3 pre-workout since I was unaware that cycling pre-workout was a thing and took it for around 4 months straight. Never used over one scoop and always felt the effects so it never occurred to me to cycle off (even though it says not to use for longer then 8 weeks on the container). So my question is are these two products in anyway similar in such a way that I should not start using SizeOn until I completed my off cycle? Or are they completely different and I can start using SizeOn immediately? Also should I cycle SizeOn when I start using it?

This. SizeOn contains creatine, carbs, BCAAs, and protein and is meant for you to drink intra/post workout. Not the same as a PWO.
And also, if you didn't notice a tolerance building up for the PWO you were using, you really wouldn't have to cycle off. You cycle off when you build a tolerance and it stops providing a benefit on the recommended dosage.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Size-On is an intraworkout product with EAAs/protein, carbs, and creatine. A pre-workout is a stimulant blend to get you amped before you lift.
How you cycle one shouldn't be related to the other unless you have overlapping ingredients (maybe creatine in this case)Picking things up and putting them down since '09

Size on is stim free however it contains more than just creatine. If you want to the extras and you plan to use it intraworkout then by all means use it. If you're just looking for creatine get yourself a tub of creatine mono and call it a day. 5g a day for 30 days straight. After that point you will.have reached saturation. Then you can take 5g a day on workout days only.
