Hey guys, new guy here i'm heading into my junior year as a defensive end previously played OLB i was wondering what type of defensive end exercises can i do..?
I'm 5'11
i weight:175
Bench max: 185 (Needs improvement) Squat max 325 DeadLift 235 (Needs improvement) that's pretty much thanks in advance!

I never played football so I cant tell you stuff to do...but as far as weight...you just need to eat more...and train hard...
