I ive been off of lifting for a year and a half now. Ive just started working out again a couple months ago due to a lower back injury and a concussion.
In that time I was cutting. My OHP went from 115x1 to 185 and bench 135x1 to 255
I havent really squatted or deadlifted much but im hoping for the same muscle memory gains as i am bulking now
