Awesome leg session this morning! Me and Ryan hit it hard and heavy with basic movements. Good pump but as you can see all detail faded away 😐 ( I do have deep cuts I promise lol )
After taking 9+ months of quad training, been hitting them last 5 weeks pretty intensely.
Smfh......
Also how TF do you embed IG pictures nowadays (they removed the ability to view background)?

compare his pics from the rear posted from 24/25 weeks ago in competition to a ramy pic. They are nowhere near ramys and i don't think they ever will be due to poor insertion on the vastus lateralis. Nice angles though
edit: you said quads. I thought you meant legs in generalMS, Computer Science

Proportionally speaking, his quad sweep is very impressive.
Although, part by part, Ramy's is bigger and more separated, I don't see how he has better quads.
Perhaps, he has a more impressive quad sweep to knee/tear drop/inner thigh ratio, but not "quads".

Huge quads but man is it just me or they not that aesthetic? Idk they seem a lil weird. Ramy's quads match the rest of his physique
