    Found a weak as fuk lift.

    Football bar exposed a weakness, will be smashing on it for next few weeks. Felt really heavy.

    Forgot my wrist wraps so changed things up, challenged myself utilizing lighter weights. High rep btn gives the most wicked pump.

    Thanks. Yeah everything going well, just working hard and making progress. I think getting strong is relatively simple thing.

    I won;t be doing anything else really, just learning what works and what doesn't and adjusting my conjugate template to fit the numbers I'm hitting or want to hit. this is how i'll train indefinitely.

    335 . Best squat so far coming back. Roughly 80% of lifetime squat pr before injury turn me into push/puller . Pretty happy. 405 sooooooooooon
