Hey everyone. I'm a long time member who's been off the boards for a few years.
I'm now in my mid thirties, natural, and looking for a little guidance in regard to a natty test booster. I do understand that a test booster is not going to be some sort of miracle supplement (that's not my exoectation). My testosterone level was in the mid 500's and I'm just looking to support levels and encourage test production. Not looking to gain any type of size..instead any type of assistance with recovery, strength, decrease in BF, energy
So being away for awhile and coming back on the site and looking for a supplement is quite overwhelming.
I'm considering the following:
APE
JYM Alpha
True Grit
(Please correct me if I'm wrong in assuming that each of these are natural/not pro hormones & I will not need any type of post supplement support - I'm natural & do not want to go that route).
A few questions as well -
I know that some of these supplements have zinc/magnesium in them ....can I still take ZMA at night?
would it be helpful to add DAA to whichever supplement I go with or would that be unnecessary/overlap? I don't believe any of the listed supplements contain DAA.
Supplements to be taken with test booster: protein, multi, fish oil, ZMA
Thanks in advance !!!

Right, but ranges very for age groups too. I believe that's a 'low normal' range.
If he was below normal, a booster (Forskolin) may help bring his levels to a low natural level...with his being already low normal, he would just have to talk to the doc to see if there will work with him to up them some.

I can really only vouch for APE, the stuff really works. I notice an overall physical difference after a couple weeks on it. I've never had mine tested but I sure notice the difference on it. As others have stated there is actual data on APE and it's one of the more trusted and proven ones on the market. I'd say give it a shot but run it as suggested, you really start feeling the full effect close to the end of the first bottle so don't start doubling up right away thinking it's not working. Good luck either way man

I ran APE with blood test and it worked. I prefer the powder form vs the pill as I ate the powder whole as it was damn tasty. May do another run soon but right now I am too cut and running well to even think of bulking at the moment. I have a 13.1 coming soon and after that may think of bulking again with APE.

Adding DAA to a test booster will be useless. Also you won't know what is doing what by taking 2 new products at the same time. I like APE. I notice gains the gym that are out of the normal and changes in the mirror. Takes about 3-4 weeks to kick in so run an 8 week supply.
APE is also the cheapest of the 3 choices.BPI Brand Ambassador
