Yes the lighting is totally different but the differences & progress are there. No, I don't stay stage lean all year, that's something only a few type of individuals & body types can do! For me, I love the process of 'growing into the show'.. It's like a beautiful art form & every competition & prep it's different. This prep has been the biggest change so far out of all 10 shows I've done, but I've already honestly achieved more than I thought I was capable! New trainer, new approach, new physique.. Physically & mentally my healthiest yet. Can't wait to step on the North Americans stage again! 5th place in 2013.. Let's see what the 2015 North Americans brings!

Just burned out hammies & glutes + abs & finished off with my good pal the stairmill. Striving to keep all lifting sessions under an hour now, using more circuits & supersets with shorter or no rest periods to really get the burn & sweat on! 3.5 weeks & I'm giving it my all.
