Here's a little Transformation Tuesday for you - 14 weeks out versus 5 weeks out (Saturday). Yes the lighting is totally different but the differences & progress are there. No, I don't stay stage lean all year, that's something only a few type of individuals & body types can do! For me, I love the process of 'growing into the show'.. It's like a beautiful art form & every competition & prep it's different. This prep has been the biggest change so far out of all 10 shows I've done, but I've already honestly achieved more than I thought I was capable! New trainer, new approach, new physique.. Physically & mentally my healthiest yet. Can't wait to step on the North Americans stage again! 5th place in 2013.. Let's see what the 2015 North Americans brings!

Wow looking great! Leg separation starting to show and abs are popping very well. Good luck with your show and as long as you continue doing what you have been you will place very well I believe!
