Here's a little Transformation Tuesday for you - 14 weeks out versus 5 weeks out (Saturday). Yes the lighting is totally different but the differences & progress are there. No, I don't stay stage lean all year, that's something only a few type of individuals & body types can do! For me, I love the process of 'growing into the show'.. It's like a beautiful art form & every competition & prep it's different. This prep has been the biggest change so far out of all 10 shows I've done, but I've already honestly achieved more than I thought I was capable! New trainer, new approach, new physique.. Physically & mentally my healthiest yet. Can't wait to step on the North Americans stage again! 5th place in 2013.. Let's see what the 2015 North Americans brings!
