Magnum nutraceuticals g-spring

Recently won a full size jar of Magnum's new product G-Spring on a giveaway thread.Many thanks to Kon_Rock,B Con,and Magnum for giving me the opportunity to try it out.I have been having trouble sleeping for some time now,so when I saw this I had to jump on it.Plus,I like every Magnum product that I have tried so figured this was good as well and I was right.


Appearance-10/10:I have to go with 10,as far as capsules go they are about the same size as most other supps. in cap form.Silver/gray in color with a blue MAGNUM Nutraceuticals printed on the top half.

Aroma-??:Pretty neutral aroma,not much there.Maybe a very slight herby smell if anything.

Mixability-N/A:Comes in capsules,no mixing required.

Taste-N/A:Comes in capsules,no taste.I haven't experienced any aftertastes or burps from them either.

Effectiveness-11/10:As I stated earlier,I have been having trouble sleeping for a while now.Well,that problem is over thanks to G-Spring.It took a couple of days,actually three,before I noticed it,but ever since then I have been out like a rock and wake up more awake and alert than before.

Profile-10/10:I'm not 100% sure on a few of the ingredients,but usually sleep aid supps. contain either zinc,magnesium,or both,this has neither.What it does have works for sure,20mg Melatonin to help with sleep/mood,5mg Piperine Extract to aid absorption and also thermogenesis,1000mg L-Lysine - an e.a.a.,1000mg L-Arginine Pyroglutamate for metabolism and immune function,300mg Mucuna Pruriens I believe aid with testosterone,never heard of 220mg Bacopa Monnieri but gave it a quick look up and saw it is a neurological and cognitive enhancer,100mg L-Theanine to reduce stress and help relax,also 100mg Puerarin & 100mg DMAE Bitartrate.

Dosage-8/10osage is 4 caps 30 mins before bed.The reason I gave it an 8/10 is because,well,it's actually on me,I have trouble swallowing a lot of capsules,tablets,etc. so I personally would like to see less caps in a dose or a powder form.Like I said,that's on me and it won't stop me from utilizing this product.

So,those are my opinions on G-Spring.I haven't been disappointed with any Magnum products yet and I will continue to include them in my supp. rotation and will always recommend them to others.

Great review! I know some people have trouble with pills but the brilliant thing is, you can open up the capsules and sprinkle into a drink if need be! I do know that some people take 2 or 3 capsules and find this effective - it's all about finding the right dosage for each individual.

I would LOVE to get your full review one you've finished a full cycle - Gspring is not just a sleep aid! It really does help you shred up better, recover faster and helps with putting on more mass (granted, you won't see a huge difference in size with one cycle, lets be realistic, but if your training and nutrition is on point, you will hopefully see some density changes).

I love G-Spring! I always know that it's working well because I have extremely vivid dreams! I also make sure that I take the full dose as long as I know I'll be getting over 5 hours of sleep. If, for some reason, I'm getting less - - I take half of the dose so that I don't wake up wanting more sleep.


Aside from that, it gives me the best sleeps ever and my recovery rates have been amazing!

yes sir,it definitely helped me out with sleep/recovery.I haven't tried a Magnum product yet that I didn't like or wasn't effective.Thanks again
