Caffein reset for major addict

So I know this is been asked in the past numerous times, but I might be a special case. I usually take caffeine in every day, from 140 mg up to about 2 g. How long do you guys think it would take for me to reset my tolerance. Just to note, I can sleep like a baby, and I no longer get heart palpitations.

What do you mean - when you will become completely tolerant to caffeine effects if you continue to use it, or when you will lose tolerance if you stop?

It usually takes few days to get or to get rid of tolerance.

Personal anecdotal:
If I stop for 2 or 3 days (2 days worth of headaches), my tolerance os pretty much reset.

Most people do 8-12 weeks with stimms, then 2-4 without; personally I do not bother going off, same amount has given the same effects so no need IMO.

There is no way to accurately predict how long it will take. In your case, you would be wise to cycle off for a while.
