Im not a big fan of forcing myself to have 10,15 or 20k calories for a food challenge.
However I found this footage and uploaded it yesterday, it was a cheat day after a show I did in November.
I had, I think 7 plates at the buffet, and was thinking that the amount I ate there, along with my other food for the day, must surely have been over 10000.
What do you reckon?
