Every noobie lifter should read this thread
couldn't agree more with this thread! time and time i see Novice lifters are doing some random split they found online which dont include the main compound lifts( but will have bench). and then, years down the line they wonder why they have lower back issues, Anterior Pelvic tilt, and can only deadlift 225.

I currently train 6 days a week, I prioritise my weak body parts by training them twice a week. I always focus on compounds first, I would say Isolation is important but it should be secondary to compound movements.

I know this might sound silly, but it's important to actually focus your mind on the muscle you're training. "Learn to really feel your muscles," advises. "You can practice without even picking up a weight. While you're at home, flex your arm and feel your biceps contracting."

Hey guys, I just uploaded a video on YouTube telling my transformation story on how I gained 25 lbs in 60 days when I was 16 years old. I am currently 17 years old and I told my 5 tips for any beginner thinking about getting in the gym. These are tips for anybody who wants to build size and doesn’t know how or any beginner who is wants to see more results in the gym. Hopefully you guys enjoy, if you wanna join the journey, subscribe. I hope to be making more videos in the future on things like supplements, working outs for cutting, building size, maintaining etc. Thanks for watching!!
It won't let me post a link but if you search "jth transformation" it will show up

It is important because it will help to build your strength and ability to do more exercise. Increasing ability and strength will help to do more. For basic exercise, you will learn more.
