Is the guy in the picture wearing those hook grip gloves, where if he let go, he'd still be hooked?

Because in my non-expert opinion, you don't hate yourself because you have low self-esteem, or because other people were mean to you. You hate yourself because you don't do anything.

This is harder than it sounds but I trained dead hangs for a few months and could definitely do that.
Not the same but I worked up to being able to hang for 4 minutes but that was allowing 1 arm hangs so I'd alternate hanging off 1 arm for 30-40 seconds at a time so each arm wouldn't get pumped.
Hanging double arms with no alternating I could probably do at least 120 seconds but less than 180.
edit: if you aren't allowed chalk than I couldn't do it, palms sweaty arms spaghetti

No idea if I could do that, longest I hold onto a pullup bar is when doing pullups and leg raises and that's probably only like 40 seconds. I can close a captain of crush level 1 gripper 12 times but dunno if that's poverty level or what that equates to

Did that in the past to improve my grip strenght, but never could hold on for more than 60 seconds.
I have a disadvantage since i´m heavy and i have long fingers, so a regular serious lifter can probably do it right away or with about one or two weeks of training.
Grip strenght is vastly underestimated for the average gym bro, you don´t need a strong grip for curls and bench.
