Just wondering what other's thoughts are in a cardio only workout?
I'm looking into buying a treadmill for my apartment, and running on that, along with planking and using an ab roller. My goal is only to lose weight. I'm at around 205 and would like to get down to 180.
Thoughts?

You'll get much better results if weight training is your primary strategy. Add cardio to burn a few extra calories.
