So far my chest has developed to a point where its very filled out on the sides esp near the armpit but in the centre of my chest its completely vacent and it looks weird.
I dont like isolation exercises and try to avoid them if I can, will my pecs develop just fine with dumbell bench presses alone? Or do I need flies pec decks that kinda stuff too?

is what you're saying is all you do is flat db bench press? Idk everyone is different, for a certain period of time I would feel it with dumbbells, then have to switch to barbell and would feel it much better than with db's, and vice versa. Personally my pecs seem to grow in proportion with only some flat barbell bench, but I also do a lot of dips and flys. I think everyone is different and depends on your structure and how you're actually performing and moving the weight.
imo dont complicate it and don't underestimate barbell bench and dips. Flys give a serious stretch to the muscle that I like. Also I feel a lot with dumbbell pull overs. Just try different things don't limit it to bench and flys.
