Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Incline press (1 arm, sideways)

So I'm not sure if there is a name for this but i see people at the gym get on this machine sideways and press with 1 arm across the body. I tried it as a finisher yesterday and I got a great squeeze on the pec. I'm thinking about trying it for a few months to see if it makes a difference. Does anyone else do this? What are your thoughts on this exercise?

its a different angle and one I prefer on this machine...

I personally like to hit 3 sets like this then perform a drop set to clear it down to 1 plate- on that last drop I slide my legs to the opposite side and my upper body faces the opposite way as well still working the same arm, from here I pause and hold before each push, my body going in the opposite direction forces a greater stretch to the pec while pumping the muscle.
as always be conscious of your body when playing with angles, if something doesn't feel right it probably isn't and you could cause injury.

I personally have never tried it that way but I do like doing incline presses on the hammer strength. They feel great.
