How much sleep are you getting?

Around 9 hours is the best for me but it varies, if i don't get enough sleep i don't feel 100% and wont be the best i can be so it is important to me to get enough sleep and get them GAINZ!

    Conclusion

As research has shown, sleep is important for any reasons. For bodybuilders, sleep is particularly important as it restores brain function and alertness in preparation for intense training sessions.

Sleep also enhances muscular recovery through protein synthesis and human growth hormone release. Getting eight to ten hours of quality sleep every night will promote these factors as well as general well being. Recovery will take a backward step if one does not prioritize sleep, so get to sleep if you want to grow.

One night is fine, repeated is detrimental to long term gains.

For most of my highschool life, I slept about 6 hours during the week, and 12+ on the weekends. I ended up being really skinny, and 6'5". Since I started working out, I try to get at least 7 hours. Results may vary.

Sleep is super important, how much depends on you. I usually sleep 8-10 hours every night. Sleep + nutrition is far more important then to train super hard
