Brain supplements having EXACTLY the same ingredients, what's going on here?

So I was looking for an all natural brain supplement to help me improve my memory and I started my research on Amazon.com

I was just about to get down to my top 10 favorites, to decide from there on which one I would buy, when it came obvious to me that some of these products had EXACTLY the same ingredients in them...
The products I'm talking about are: Adderplex, Brainalin, Brain Boost, Nutracraft & Lumidex (sadly enough I can't provide links, but please check on Amazon.com)

To be honest the composition doesn't look bad, but...
Could someone tell me what the actual f... is going on here?

Because there are only certain naturally derived ingredients that can potentially help memory/cognition, people with impaired cognition are often on prescription meds.

Seems to me like it could be coming from all the same manufacturer, just under different names and marketing, thoughts?
+ what do you guys think of the legitimacy of these products? seems to me like this definitely could not hurt in the long term.

I actually like taking nootropics. I picked up a bottle of SmartX at GNC and add it to my intra-workout. It contains a little caffeine and it seems to help with preventing any crash afterwards. Just my opinion and it works for me.

PS. Avanse Nutraceuticals Lumonol seems to be getting good reviews. Its probably the one I am going to try next.

You should research the doses used in studies that have shown to be effective before spending the money on pre formulated supplements.
