No they do not. Training schemes revolve around what the individual wants to accomplish, time training properly, experience. Pick any of the programs below; while being consistent and you will have better results.

Alright, thanks. One more question. Funny thing is taht from my meals and that calorie consumtion thingy im actually gaining weight and not losing. I've also added a few fruits high on calories to my meals. How come? and i don;t consume over 3000 calories to build muscle? and i see difference i;ve been using this meal eating for a couple of months now and my chest had becoming bigger my arms, calves back everything???

When you're new to lifting weights you'll gain muscle, no matter what you eat.
As you become better your diet becomes more important.
If you want to stay lean during bulking make sure to do many exercises and many sets. More volume is better as long as you can recover from it. If you can not recover from it you're doing too much.Recommended science based fitness & nutrition information:
