    how much litres of water should we take everyday when you take creatine

    Hi
    i read many topics about Creatine , but still confuse about some points
    i begun to take Creatine monohydrate from Optimum before only 5 days (each day 5 grams with a cup of grape juice)

    1- i heard that i must drink at least 3 liters of water each day
    (is it mean divided for the whole day or after i take Creatine ?)
    because i go gym after my work about 8.00 pm and i sleep about 12.00 -- so it's only like 4 hours to drink that much of water)
    and what the safe quantity of water i should take directly after take Creatine ?

    2-as i read , Creatine make the muscles absorb too much water that's why we need to drink a plenty of water so the kidney will not have affect , however that i pee really many many times after drinking that much of water ( it's mean that the water i drinks all go out my body not keep in muscles)

    3-i take the Creatine on empty stomach before half an hour to go gym because i heard that it give more power and endurance while work out , but i don't feel anything till now , is it because still at the first week of taking creatine ?

    4- the days i take as a rest (not going gym) , i keep take creatine , but should i take the same quantity of water
    becouse im not loosing much water from my body because no work out no sweating like other workout days?

    creatine or not aim for 1-2 gallons per day.

    Does not matter when you take it, it only matters that it saturates.
    3-5g per day for 30 days, 5g every other day after the first 30.

    you dont need to drink that much water. In fact the less you drink the more shredded you will look because creatine absorbs your water and still allows you to recover fast and give you more strenght at the gym.

    All the pro body builders will avoid drinking water and fill themselves with cards to look 5-10 pounds leaner and more shredded like you were on roids

    Water is vital OP. . if you drink insufficient amount of it, then you may cramp up during a workout, especially on Leg Day

    You keep taking it, But take it every other day.
    The first 30 days, take it everday.

    I go pee alot also. It's what happens when you drink alot of water... Unfortunately it's how our bodys are designed.. We need lots of water to function properly, but we also then have to pee alot.

    Remember, we were designed to pee in the woods, where you could anytime you needed to.

    That would literally defeat the entire purpose of taking creatine honestly. It takes about 30 days to saturate, and about 30 to de-saturate. Therefore, you'd be reaching saturation, quitting, and starting again when you're down.

    Bodyweight in LBS divided by 25. Take the number and divide that by the amount of hours you are awake. There you have the ML's per hour.

    200 lb / 25 = 8 say you're awake for 14 hours then you drink 571ml per hour.

    Well, if you want to get all technical..

    Make sure you are peeing 1-3ml per kilogram per hour. Start pissing in a bottle and measuring it out.

    Wow I've been doing it all wrong this entire time.... Gonna cut my water back to only 2 glasses of water a day, will update on how it works out lol jk
