Most here know I don't really view/follow strength as I look/view more to bodybuilding and physiques, but I have been seeing some sick lifts being posted here. Anyway the videos made me think about the strongest guys on this site pound for pound who have posted videos ( past and present) and wanted to start listing them.
Not necessarily in this order;
Halfway
Pryme
Markit
Busta
Bando
OS
Norwichgrad
ID
Jtbny
Plateauplower
Jbizzlechizzle
Cmoore

Strongest in this section by a wide margin (not even close) was rawelite. He hasn't posted in awhile, but nobody here (that i have seen) is even close.
IIRC, Halfway put up some really good numbers when he was powerlifting.
Arch: BTO is decently strong, but BH said pound for pound, which means BTO is pretty far down on the list.It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Yeah, basically that. I got up to a high of 265 pounds, and I got stronger than I ever could have imagined (particularly on bench and squat), but I would get winded walking up a flight of stairs.....and I got tired of looking like a fat guy. The pics in my bodyspace were taken at 255 lbs, and as you can see....I have plenty of fat. Right now, I am sitting at about 235, but would like to get to 220-225ish.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Not sure I belong there, but I appreciate the mention.
Another freak who does not post much is rocky3540. You can see his 455 bench in the 035 bench press thread on page 61, post 1829. His body-weight then was 220.Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

Rawelite was on the next level. I believe most guys can bench 405, squat 495 etc if they 'do what it takes' but when you get to benching 500+ and squatting mid 600's or higher and not weighing 300+ yourself, that's a genetic gift the rest of us just can't train for or 'other' for
The best lb for lb lifter on bb.com was Kabuki/Chris Duffin, the guy is just a monster and has overcome some incredible injuries... although I don't know if he has more than a handful of posts in the o35
We have some very strong guys here who probably would turn heads in almost every gym outside of the most hardcore PLing dungeons.

You bros disappoint me, bros!!
How can any of us forget
ILOVETHE80S (aka Laura)
Laura is a national level PLer.. She is easily in the top ten in the country..
She is nice as hell.. And she is also drop dead gorgeous!! She looks like a model with muscles and strength..
You bros gotta visit her log in the female section..
And thanks for the mention, John. I'm flattered. This above all..

Thanks for the mention, CMoore pound for pound impresses the hell out of me. ID is strong but I won't mention him or else he'll come in with a 5 page response about why he doesn't care about strength
JTBNY is relatively new to lifting (comparatively speaking) but he's balanced, strong as hell and trains smart. I've competed and lifted with him - he's a hell of a nice guy and a great family man, can't say enough good things about him.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Thanks just saw this and honestly it's the highlight of my day to even be mentioned as strong. I don't think of myself of as strong or even in the same league as most here. I will continue to push myself and improve. Don't want threadjack or be a downer but this was really nice to see. I had to put my 14 YO lab down today. It was one of the hardest decisions of my life. Thanks for the props John.

Has he ever posted a video? I can't recall.
Birdieflu is another strong woman.
Your lifts always amaze me at your bodyweight.

Ha just saw this. Thanks for the mention BH. I certantly don't feel like I belong in the same breathe as everyone on that list but I'll take the ego stroke
Halfway mentioned Chris Duffin. He is, without a doubt, the strongest lb4lb person posting on this entire site, guaranteed.
Don't think we can have a list like this without having Flex on it. Guy is about to do 1500+ in two weeks natural in his mid 40s. That's just sick.
Thanks for the kind words, Bando.☻/

What the f'ck is up with you guys saying you don't belong on the list?
You guys are way too f'cking modest for me
I mention folks I believe to have shown some impressive lifts, simple as that. I would not give praise/mention if it wasn't warranted.
I can't mention folks I do not know, nor have seen their lifts or folks who I do know (online) but have never posted a video. On the list for Bannukah

Chris Duffin is on another level. He is also professional level with lifts that are in the world class elite club. He has some great informative videos.
Here is one of his videos on squats. The details he gets into are amazing. He is a great teacher:

Basically until I am happy with my level of bodyfat. But it is funny, because I have the same problem you do, but in reverse....when you were training for strength, the loss of size was bugging you. With me, I look much better, but the loss of strength is really messing with my head.
Yeah, he posted a video awhile back benching 455. Very impressive. It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

I hear ya man, good luck and yup I know how this sh!t messes with your head. When I stop training for strength I go annoyed with myself for not going all the way, yet while I was training for strength I hated the fact that I wasn't growing. Its like damn if you do and damn if you don't
Kool I don't think I ever saw it, but I will take your word for it.On the list for Bannukah

good indepth video. NOT sure why he made the guy go so heavy when he's just trying to show people how to squat? AND the guys back was hurting a little, but still..added the weight..?? I dont doubt the man, seems to know what he's talking about. Squats are my weakest movement. I dont do them since getting back in the gym. I feel for me its not the right movement with not only my back issues, but shoulder issues as well. Would like to have some training on it though just for good measure. Could help with just squating in every day life..
!!!!DONT LIKE ME?..DONT AGREE!!!...DONT CARE!!!!..."drops mic"...PEACEOUT!!!

Thank you..
Believe it or not, we Asians have very little going on for us, physically, athletically and professionally speaking.
I mean, $hit, brah.. Let’s see:
We’re too short to be basketball players.
We’re too small to be football players..
We’re too feminine-looking to be the pornstars.
We’re too feminine to be bouncers at Keltron’s club.
And we’re just a bit too big to be the midget human cannon ball at the circus.
But one thing we got is short femur, which allows us to go BTF (ballz to floor).. Basically 6 inches below ATG.
This ^^ and we’re good at math..
So most of us are stuck at being weightlifters in the lighter weight class and engineers.
This above all..
