Hi all,
Am seeing some great results in body composition cutting carbs back. Lunch and dinner meals are easy to come up with. Snacks reasonably so, but struggle with breakfasts. I used to be all about the oatmeal and bananas and blueberries. But since I switched low carb its just been eggs eggs and more eggs and getting pretty sick of them.
Obviously in the mornings I dont really want to be spending ages cooking which is why oatmeal was so easy. Any ideas for quick and easy low carb breakfasts that arent just eggs?
Thanks

Ham, bacon, sausage, cheese, keto-pancakes (use search for recipes), quiche, fritata, steak.... so many great options.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Sugar-free maple glazed brussel sprouts with bacon lardons?
Alot easier than they look. Just fry up bacon + brussel sprouts and toss in some sugar free maple.
Yea buddy.
Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts, 1 bag, just under a pound usually.
4 Strips Bacon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup (or sugar-filled if you want)
Oil
1 Clove Crushed Garlic
OR, I prefer to use some Garlic Infused Oil, rather than just oil or just garlic.
Optional – Chicken Stock, Small Amount
Cook the bacon til crispy, set aside, put in sprouts, sear (use stock if you want them soft), then re-add bacon, toss, fry, put in bowl, toss with sugar free syrup...enjoy.

1 oz cream cheese
1 XL egg
15 g Cellucor Smores Whey Protein (or any protein powder)
Mix ingredients.
I cooked mine in 1 tbsp of unsalted butter.
Topped it off with 1 tbsp of unsalted butter, 50 g avocado mix with 4 drops of stevia and 1tbsp psyllium husk.
Definitely tasted better than I intended and it definitely hit that sweet spot!! It's definitely not a quick throw in the microwave but definitely delicious!

Today made scrambled eggs with spinach and it was delicious!!!
3 whole eggs
1/4 cup single cream
100gr spinach
15ml olive oil
40gr grated mozzarella cheese
black pepper
garlic powder
Oil in a pan at high heat and when sizzling you put the spinach in and sprinkle garlic powder (optional but I like it).
In the mean time, mix 3 eggs with the cream and black pepper.
Once spinach is ready, reduce heat to mid-low, and pour the egg-cream mix and steer regularly.
Once it get to the composition of your liking, put the cheese in and steer for another couple of mins.
And voila!!!
