Guys more people keep tellin me that feeling sore in the muscles that u worked is a great thing because u know that u had good workout and u r muscle is growing.Can someone tell me his experience with soreness and is that good or bad thing?
Being sore is normal. The level of soreness normally depends on if your body is used to the obliteration you push your muscles through. With time the soreness will fade. Some people are always sore, a little sore, and there are some who are never sore. If you know you did a good job on the workout then don't worry about it. Being sore is a normal part of growth. Eat well, rest well, drink your proteins and BCAA's and push through your next workout. No excuses.
