Isn't it only free for the first year? I have Windows 8.1 and love it even though some people despise it. I'm not going to install Win10.

I'll wait about 9 months for it to stabilize for a bit, as new OS releases are always patched frequently as compatibility is proved over time

how do i sign up for Win10?
i qualified for the free upgrade but my SSD crashed and i replaced it. now i dont have that button at the lower right saying i can get Win10..
