    Weekly routine

    Is it better to stick to a plan for 4-6 weeks then change or change everyweek? Lets say we keep the same split everyweek like
    Mon chest tri
    Tue back bi
    Wedlegs
    Thurs chest shoulders
    Friday arms

    Lets say its like his everyweek. Is it better to change exercises everyweek? Like do different angles but still the same muscle weekly or same exercises for 4-6 weeks

    Any advice will be appreciated thanks

    its best to stick to it at least 12 weeks. depending on your experience you can stick to it 6 months with no problem too. bigger problem is your split . its pretty bad.

    ^Yup.

    Looks like you are doing legs after two important compound days (Chest Monday then Back Tuesday).
    Gotta give more priority to legs OP I personally do mine on Monday. . heh

    I tend to follow a program and commit to it for 12-16 weeks. Exercises do change weekly if that is what you're asking.
