Is it better to stick to a plan for 4-6 weeks then change or change everyweek? Lets say we keep the same split everyweek like
Mon chest tri
Tue back bi
Wedlegs
Thurs chest shoulders
Friday arms
Lets say its like his everyweek. Is it better to change exercises everyweek? Like do different angles but still the same muscle weekly or same exercises for 4-6 weeks
Any advice will be appreciated thanks
