It started off with basically with an OD from molly on a night out, this is what gave me the massive heart attack, too bad at the time I thought it was just an anxiety attack from the comedown..after that heart attack I didn't have any symptoms of HF and because I told myself it was just anxiety I continued to use molly and eventually getting on ******** which finally brought my hearts pumping action down the gutter to where I am now in about stage 3 of heart failure

Yes shortness of breath can be very scary at times, this usually happens when I eat too much salty food/indulge in some greasy fast food.
Or it can come about from too much fluid building up in my body and some leaks into my lungs it can make my breathing feel quite labored, I have to make sure I take my water pill each morning to keep the fluid down

No I did not, I had zero symptoms or at least zero noticeable sypmptoms after my heart attack, it was only after abusing ******** a few months later when I obviously OD again and woke up one morning with permanent ED, cold hands and feet, narrowed veins in my hands...I remember how horrible I felt that morning..could literally feel the blood being drawn out of my extremeties to protect my vital organs, it was at that moment I knew I was fked tbh.
But yes I still cling on to hope even tho symptoms are getting worse on me, I'm hoping sticking to my new vegan diet and really help ease the workload on the heart and reverse some damage

heart failure is not curable but it is treatable. you have episodes of heart failure, it's not a 24/7 thing. HF is simply your heart not being able to pump enough to keep up with the demands of your body.
many people can and do live long and full lives with heart failure as long as they take care of themselves. HF is a very common illness in the USA.
