Hey man, were you able to do several pull-ups from when you first started training? I'm looking to start your program next week, but I know I'm unable to do that many reps of pull-ups so I'm trying to think of what exercise to do once I reach failure.
Congrats on the excellent gains in that short time period, it's inspiring for an ectomorph like myself

However, you seem to have the perfect combination of hardwork, dedication and GENETICS. You are clearly genetically gifted to make great progress in such a short amount of time.

If you switched to a full body routine you would make more progress in a shorter amount of time. You said your squat was 100kg and DL was 120kg. These are very low and are novice lifts. A very crude definition of a novice is someone who can't lift the following:
    Squat - 140kg
    BP - 100kg
    DL - 180kg

They are still pretty low and again I emphasise this is a very rough, crude evaluation of a novice lifter. As you are a novice, your body can't handle high volume workouts (although your body can handle them better than most). High frequency workouts will work fantastically for you.

Since you work hard and have great genetics, you will make gigantic leaps on a full body routine. I suggest SS, BLSS, ICF 5x5 etc. Pick which one you are most comfortable with

Hope it works out for you man
Thankyou, i will research into full body routines, got a long journey ahead of me and I plan on being on the most efficient route possible!

When i first started i struggled to do even a few pull ups. I used the assisted pullup machine for a while until i got stronger! I'm very glad you can find this somewhat inspiring

    Great progress!
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Crazy progress brah! We literally have polar opposite body types.
If i were you i'd try to get at least SOME fats in your diet. Basically all the fat you're getting is from milk...
I'd also eat some simple carbs with your post shake.

Wow, nice job. Did you weigh yourself every week? If so, how much did you gain per week approx. and did you have any weeks where you didn't gain at all? Just curious what your progress was like on a weekly basis.

Thankyou, i weigh myself every day lol, on average i was putting on a pound a week, i hit my first weight plateau around 3 months in, it got harder to gain weight but my muscle shape/proportions were improving so I didnt mind too much. Weight is still gradually increasing as long as I am in a caloric surplus, there has been a few weeks where i eat at maintainence and try to cut some fat and then resume surplus eating. This has allowed me to remain between 9-11% bf for the majority of the time i've been training which is what my goal is. (lean year round)
