    Recent pictures, bf% estimate?

5'9" 157-158lbs morning weight. I know pictures aren't the best judgement but I've never had a clue or even asked what my bf% was. When standing I feel lean, but when I'm sitting I don't (as you can see in the bottom picture). Looks like a decent amount of extra skin. I know people tend to think they're leaner than they really are but I usually feel the opposite. (based off of comments I get). Most are relaxed shots.

    Standing:

Sitting down (not sitting perfectly upright):

You look great man very lean for sure. I wouldn't worry about when you sit down as most will have a little fat as you have described unless they are ultra lean. If the first set of pics are relaxed i would say you are def around 10ish percent

I think my abs were slightly tensed in the first one, back slightly tensed in the last one, and then obviously biceps in the other. But that's it.

I always figured the way I look when sitting down was mostly genetic but I wasn't sure. I notice plenty of people who don't have it nearly as bad despite being not nearly as lean. Makes it impossible for me to estimate a percentage, lol.

Based on the separation in your back, arms, shoulders and fully visible abs I would say you are probably 10-11% maybe even slightly lower and dont worry man I have the same problem as the lower ab/back fat always seems to stick and be hard to remove making you feel fat when you sit down but you look great man so i wouldn't worry about it too much as it's not even too noticeable especially in clothes

Nope. I've always been extremely skinny with a stupidly high metabolism. I'm at ~3,500cals right now which is a caloric deficit. It actually used to be a decent amount higher. And I had the same ab thing when I first got lean weighing 130-135lbs. And that was the heaviest I had ever been at the time. You can't really tell unless I sit down. I'm jealous of all the people that just have flat/tight ab-less stomachs when they're 12-15 or whatever percent body fat. I feel like I need to be lean to look good (b/c of the ab thing) if that makes sense.

Yea i totally feel you man! Even though I am at around 9ish% bodyfat right now i still have a little amount of fat like you do on my lower abs that makes me feel fatter when i sit down. It's frustrating but the fat there is the last place it leave and the first it goes for the most part and there ain't much you can really do about it
