Thanks to Starkk and the people at Ergogenix for sending me 5x5 serving samples of different flavors of their new Ergoblast. I will be logging my next 25 workouts using Ergoblast. The goal is to get the fittest I have ever been. More definition in core, better conditioning and increased strength. I would like to do 20+ hanging leg raises, 25+ strict pullups, 100 pushups in 3 sets or less.

Ergoblast day 1 impression: Tried the Strawberry Ice flavor first. Mixed with 7oz water. Mixed well with few grains at bottom of glass. No shaker bottle needed. Color was a beautiful red. Taste was a bit sour, but good. I didn't expect the sour kick but I liked it a lot. Reminded me more of a sour raspberry than a strawberry ice. Rush did not kick in right away and I was a bit nervous but the energy steadily came on strong as I warmed up. Energy was sustained throughout workout. The pump was very good for shoulder day. Certainly impressed early on.

Noticed one of my bottles was Ergo Chain so I really have only 20 workouts with ergoblast, Ergo chain blackberry tastes a bit like purple powerade and licorice.

*Tried the blueberry pomegranate ergoblast today in 16 oz water. I loved the flavor. Much better than iFN Max outs pomegranate flavor. The workout was just 12 hour turnaround from last nights chest workout so I was a bit worn down before taking the ergoblast. My legs are also still wrecked from the leg day. Ergoblast really got me going today. I would say my intensity, focus, and really overall effort in the gym has reached a new level since taking Ergoblast. Im really grinding each set, even so I may need a mouthpiece because im really grinding my teeth on those hard reps. The pump has been really good. Probably not on Hemavo2 level but certainly up there with any stim pre ive tried in the past. I would love to try Ergoblast with a high volume and may purchase some HV to test it out.

Ouch. This workout wrecked me for 2 days afterword's. Went with the pomegranate flavor ergoblast. I really like it, probably my 2nd favorite of the new flavors. Im trying to get a pump in the legs, and while this workout really pushed me to my conditioning limit I could not get that pump. The energy is still very good with ergoblast. usually after a week or so of using a pwo I start to get a tolerance. So far so good.

After a couple days of trying samples of other pwo (Core Fury extreme and White rapids), I have returned to Ergoblast with great excitement. The taste of the new Ergoblast has really spoiled me, and I may have trouble viewing other PWO the same now. The ergoblast flavor is just on another level than the others.
