15 Month Bulk, Time to Cut
Well i've been lifting hard for about 15 months now. I still have a lot to gain, but I would like to be nice and cut for the summer.
Here's a before picture, and some post workout pictures I took today. Used my camera phone as usual, so sorry about the poor quality and lighting.
6'1" 205Lbs. (Started at around 180)
After uploading these, I came to conclusion that I should probably invest in a digital camera.

I agree, with the way your body responds why not bulk up 10 or 15 more then cut.
You will look great for summer.

Awesome work dude. Your delts really remind me of Markus Ruhls, they stick out really good. I also agree with the above, throw the cut in the gutter keep gaining. But obviously if you wanna go alot more lower in BF then go ahead. Either way your gonna look top notch for Summer whether you start leaning down right now or not.
You got any leg pics? I never seen your legs and would like to see them, hopefully they are coming along well along with the upper body.

Thanks for all the responses guys, I appreciate it
I'd like to cut just to have more definition and seperation. My abs are barely visible in normal lighting..I have some fat on my lower stomach and back that I'd love to just get rid of and maintain that look all year.
I'll post some leg pics and progress pics throughout my cutting phase, thanks again!

These pictures are taken when im pumped, I just finished a full body workout. So I don't look this big all the time. Im cutting so i appear bigger..I think being cut is more attractive then just being enormous with normal bodyfat.
My goal is to look like bigevan, his physique is perfect in my opinion..Im sure many would agree:
http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/BigEvan23/
He's big, but hes lean. Thats what makes his body look so good..
I dont know, I would prefer to just keep gaining mass, but I know once i cut and maintain it i'll look a lot better.

K you asked for it..
I do a full body workout 3 times a week.
Each is about 2 sets.
Squat
Leg Ext
Calf Raise
Flat Bench Press (Dropsets.)
Incline (sometimes sub with cable flies)
Decline (machine or bench) (Dropsets)
Chin Ups supersetted with Lat Pull Downs
Bent Over Row
Various Curls (Usually dropsets)
Skullcrushers supersetted with Close Grip Press
Tri Pushdowns (Dropset)
Military press supersetted with Side delt raises.
Reverse Peck deck for rear delt.
Upright Rows supersetted with Dumbell Shrugs.
Abs
Usually takes about 70-90 minutes..which is definately too long, haha..but I love being in the gym and working out, and Im seeing results so i'll keep doing it.
I do different weights and reps depending on how I feel. Its usually 5reps, 10, or 12 reps.. I pretty much customize it to whatever I feel i need to work on.
I just changed my diet, since Im looking to cut. Before it was a "see food" diet..I ate anything that had nutritional value to it..
I dont have a scheduled diet, I eat when im hungry. which is about every 2-3 hours or so. Sometimes I go 4 hours without eating but thats usually because im busy with something else.
Diet consists of:
Egg whites
Oatmeal
Wheat Bread
Lots of frozen salmon (2 for $5 yay!)
Chicken
Rice
Any kind of greens (Usually salad).
and thats about it, its pretty boring..but whatever. Its food. I rather look good then crave chocolate or some kind of crap.

Ha, you're great inspiration bro. I too do a full body workout, can't be beat in my opinion, and you truly show that. I seem to be making some pretty fast gains off this routine aswell

Was that your bulking diet or what you're eating now that you're looking to lose some fat? If it's different from your bulking diet, i'd like to see that one too
