So after getting bored with the constant hypertrophy routines, I decided to develop from a DUP program. After one month of doing this, I hit a PR of 425, 20 pounds up from my previous max. My only worry is that I am overtraining, especially with all the accessory work. I started off with just bicep curls and a little calf work each day to this lol. I can't decide on my goals aesthetically which is a problem. But I am curious what you all think of my program!
Keep in mind, I subtracted 10% from my maxes in each lift just to give myself room to grow. And I also wouldn't go to failure on any accessory lift, just get a good squeeze and such. Thanks for looking!
