    How many grams BCAA in a 70cc scoop?

    Just curious for measuring ease, if anyone knows about how many grams of BCAA this would be? thanks. (70cc is a standard whey scoop)

    The Xtend scoop is 11cc = which is 5.65 grams, 3.88 grams of which is BCAA's.

    A little math gives: (70/11) * 3.88 = 25 grams

    More directly, the 70cc scoop held 36 grams of Xtend.
    36 * (3.88/5.65) = 25 grams

    Sorry, I don't have any bulk BCAA's to weight out for you

    Since a 70cc scoop held 36g of Xtend, I would agree that the 70cc scoop held 25g of BCAAs + 11g of CM, Glutamine, etc.

    My guess is that a full 70cc scoop of bulk BCAAs probably holds close to 35grams.

    This depends on the BCAA product you have some are very very fine giving you less bcaas /scoop . It all comes down to the density of the product. I would recommend you invest in a small accurate scale to measure . No answer will actually be correct unless you refer to a specific product.
