A 1911 that runs is a biuriful thing...
First 200 rounds of FMJ and the HST went fine with the wilson and tripp mags. Then I started using the other magazines.
2 premature lock backs with the metalform mags and S&B FMJ. FUUUUUUU.....
Most likely cuprit, besides dem mags:
Lil bastard sticking out too far and touching the rounds. Will file it a lil and see next time...
Picture of dirty bish:
Meh, 2 early lock backs out of 400+ rounds in 1.5 hours... Hopefully filing the slide stop lug a little will fix it. At least it's an easy fix.
The trigger guard high cut is freakin' awesome + the checkering helped me control the gun and sight tracking was pretty easy.
There were moments where I can see the sights lift and the brass ejecting in my peripheral in slow motion. BRB high speed focus, shooter's zen.
I don't remember shooting a 1911 this well.
I prefer shooting this one to my springfield PRO in fact, and it's less than half the price.
Gonna send it to someone good for:
Tritium sights
Shorter trigger, maybe a medium
2 extra extractors (wilson bullet proofs)
2 small radius firing pin stops (EGW or harrison's)
2 extra slide stops, (wilson bullet proofs)
In total, still half the price of most semi-customs and this should keep me going forever (til the barrel gets shot out or something).
Oh and 2 of the grip screws loosened. The 25 LPI checkering was beginning to bother my calluses towards the end. I cringe at doing the same with the PRO's 20 LPI meat grinders.

simple solution, only invest in roth IRA and other companies which are not hype.
I personally am a believer in tobacco, because no matter what happens with tech industry, people will always be smoking cigarettes, especially in india and china where they view it as a social status thing.
buying bars of gold is probably a good idea too
to be honest, there is only one NFA short barrel rifle that i really want, which is an uzi 9. nothing else seems so important that Id want to bother with NFA process. 16" ARs and AKs are just fine, as are 16" MP5 rifles. wouldnt want to bother with a short barrel .308 except with the G3 pistol I have, which is more of a novelty item than anything else.
i would love to own this though, simply because it looks so cool
but...
if i make it to a state which allows NFA items before dear leader completely bans them, il probably also get one of these too, simply because its so cool
although id really hae to think whether or not I want a collapsible A3 stock, or a plain jane fixed A2

Non-firearm related:
MFC, did I dun goof?
Dell XPS 13 9343-2727SLV Core i5 128GB Signature Edition Laptop, the "non-touch".
http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/...XPS13_07152015
I bought it from Microsoft since they sell the signature series (no bloat) for about the same price as Amazon, Microsoft has a sale and I took off $100 bucks from the total too.
My old Toshiba Satellite c655 is falling apart and getting slower by the minute, I finally made my decision and coughed up some money for a better laptop, fuk I hope this bish doesn't disappoint!

If my lifting schedule is push, pull, legs, off, repeat, but I took yesterday off and hit legs today, should I rest tomorrow or hit my push day and run with it and lift 4 days in a row?

MFC...I need your assistance. Just got into a huge fuking argument with family members over guns and why I like to have one with me. As you can imagine my family doesn't know too much about guns and think "they kill people". They're also the ones that think, "it's never happened before" or "it will never happen". Such a terrible mentality to have, seriously. I also brought up the topic of defending yourself against a rapist and they said that was a stupid reason to bring up rape. Are you fuking kidding me? That is THE reason to bring up rape.
Needless to say I am quite disappointed and upset that my family has such a weak mentality over guns and overall safety.
I'm now going to gather evidence of real life situations of people that have either saved themselves with guns or people that were killed or raped because they couldnt defend themselves. What are some good articles, stories, studies, videos, etc that I should stockpile to show? I'm googling and looking up YouTube videos but I figured you guys with know some good ones.★☆★ Full-Time Philadelphia Eagles Fan ★☆★
