First time doing a Sous Vide cooked steak, thought I'd share.
Before you ask the sweatshirt wont be here until tomorrow
Anyway.
Step 1) 2" thick Bone-In Ribeye weighing in just over 2 pounds
Step 2) Salt/Pepper for seasoning
Step 3) Vacuum seal that b!tch
Step 4) Immerse in water at a perfect 129 degrees for that perfect medium rare
Step 5) After like an hour its alittle unimpressive looking
Step 6) Thats why we ratchet this b!tch up with a fcking blowtorch
Step 7) Cum the fck at me and bitch about my sear

i dont like to over season a steak so i can taste the flavors of the steak itself, but this seems to be a poor choice of seasoning. I also dont like the way it was cooked, but did come out pretty well. overall 7/10 OP.
what was that machine you use to cook it? someone aware me on its uses... (not steak obviously)**Im always on the misc but nobody knows who i am crew**
