MONTH 12 PROGRESS!!!! 117y/o 120 lbs
Hey guys, finally got my phone back so i can take my month 12 progress. I'm currently on my month 12, so it's not a year yet. Still doing the 5x5 routine and I'm thinking about a new one, since i been doing this routine for about 10 months now! Any suggestions are appreciated. I don't really want to leave this routine, but i feel like my gains are slowing down... As usual, any comments/advice are welcome. Thanks

Wow, for such an old man (117 years old) you look great. Lol j/p.
You are looking bigger and better while staying so lean. Also your back is looking massive. Amazing prgress.

about the 5x5... you don't need to totally get rid of it, you could just switch to a very different version of the 5x5, just search for one on the site

just curious to know whether or not you do any of the assistance work in the program? For instance, do you do any exercise that hits your side delts directly? Or is it mostly bench, incline bench and militaries?
What about rear delts...get all the stimulation from pull ups and rows and deads or do you hit them directly? I am interested because I may give this program a shot.
As for changing programs, I definitely wouldn't...have you looked at your pictures???
you have made great progress, maybe consider resetting all your lifts down 20-25lbs for a few weeks, and keep the calories high so you don't lose your size, then hit it hard again in week 4, and try and break some PR's. I'm sure you will continue to grow so long as you increasing the load, obviously this will slow down as you progress more and more (newbie gains don't continue for life) but you should still be putting on mass if you are eating (which it looks like you are). Just keep at it bro.

I do all of the assistance workout. I don't add any other exercises, because i'm afraid it might mess up the routine, or i might over work my muscles. i feel like these exercises are enough and it works, so i wouldn't change it.....and thanks for the advice man. i might give it a try.
