    Nice transformation, man. Looks like your hammys could use some work but could just be that you don't know how to activate them in the side tricep pose, they're a bitch to nail.

    Also can people in teen forums please stop putting intermediate lifts up on a pedestal just because you're not able to hit them? Even if he was hypothetically using gear how the **** does that affect any of you? Boo hoo, you don't get to say "haha, I told you he was using!"

    Thanks man, ye my hams need more work but I'm not flexing them at all at the side triceps pose but good eye. This is a reply I'm hoping to see, constructive criticism not some ***gs attacking me on my routine or getting obsessed over my lifts insecure ****s.

    He could go straight to worlds with a 230 squat 135 bench and 250 deadlift as 93kg sub jr.

    I do not give a f*ck about lifts you pathetic *******. I can't squat 230kg i said 200kg i can't bench 135 i've torn my pec doing **** like that i now work high reps with 95-100 kg. Don't you fcking get it? My lifts are not impressive but my physique wrecks you any day of the day. I look 2 weeks out at the moment and im not even preping for a comp. So gtfo
