    you could have the genetics of a god and are currently making good progress on your current routine but it's not the most efficient, effective method. you could have a 300kg DL by now if you trained properly (ofc im over exaggerating).
    not hating.
    just because you made good progress doesnt mean you're the most educated person on the planet with regards to fitness

    First of if i was 55-57kg after a year of kick boxing, doing bodyweight workouts i clearly don't have "genetics of the gods" second i didn't say my way it's the best but how the **** can some ***gs criticize my routine when im better than them in bodycomposition. And thirdly do not give a **** about lifting weights, my deadlift doesn't matter it's not about how much you can lift. It's bodybuilding not powerlifting you can move a weight from point A to B but if you would just ****ing lower the weight and focus and just work the muscle you are supposed to work you all woukd atleast look like you lift.
