I haven't used gh lol. Any way you don't get the gains i do becuase you're not out working me. I lift twice a day am/pm hit every muscle group 3x a week, get in 10 hours of sleep and do not go to the gym to **** around, talk, take selfies or bitching about "over training" go balls deep every workout sleep, do your cardio and report back in 3 years.

School is easy, wtf high school is no challange. I have straight A on every exam no problem in that department, and i'm from 8 am - 12am at school only 4 hours (private school) peace of cake.

Here we go with the "overtraining " thing that's why you will never succeed. lifting 2 times am/pm (2.5) hours total out of 24h is not Overtraining you ****ing pussies. I personally know competitive powerlifters in Bulgaria they squat EVERY DAY. In b4 steroids excuses.

Ps in natural athletes protein synthesis is elevated 48 hours after working out. Hence i train every muscle group every 3 days.

That "red ******* " looks better than you ever will @ 18 years. I wasn't raging at you directly, i was raging due to alot of people using the overtraining excuse. Stop getting butt hurt and go lift.
