Hello all! im male 23, weight 165 height 6' 1'' and i was wondering if you guys can estimate fat % and should i bulk or cut? i have problems atm with my gut ;s constipated idk if it's because of what i eat or because im underweight?
breakfast:
Proats:
1 scoop of whey, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cooked steel-cut oats, 1 banana, 1 serving of pb2 and 1 serving of blueberries. (around 600 cals, 40 prot, 70 carb, 11 fat)
lunch:
1 cup of rice & black beans, salad, 4oz of tilapia, 5 kirkland shrimps, 1 serving of i can't believe is not butter (olive oil style) (around another 600 cals, 50 carb, 50 prot, 15 fat)
dinner:
2 servings of olive oil, 6 oz of chicken breast, 300 grams of red baby potatoes, 2 servings of broccoli (around 650-700 cals, 40 prot, 25 fat, 55 carb)
pre bed:
1 serving of greek yogurt with 10 almonds) (200 cal, 30 prot)
so myfitnesspal calculated around 2000-2100 ish.
protein 150
carb 230
fat 60
so i have this problem, should i eat more even if stuffed? for some reason i keep the same weight but i feel like i have more muscle but my abs are starting to dissapear and im starting to have more belly (same weight still)
also i keep eating like the same thing every single day im tired of it im stressed because i want to eat chocolate and not rice and potatoe every day.
i try to lift 6 times a week, run 2 hours a week.
maybe im starting to get some belly because of white carbs? (white rice and white potato same day)
i try to snack but it is so hard because of my appetite, and if i do snack it would be like damn a lot of carbs from protein and much more fat.
thanks for your time and i would gladly accept any suggestions thanks!

First you look pretty lean so I wouldn't worry.
Try doing cardio in morning before you eat, reduce carbs for your post cardio morning meal, increase protein to 200 daily, replace your carb sources with yams and brown rice. Carbs before you lift, not after. Also, lifting 6 days is a lot I think but I've heard different expert opinions on that...
Oh and bulk, don't cut.
