Prepping for vacation and I'm around 175 13% body fat and I'm trying to lose as much fat as possible to make my abs pop.
I'm 16 years old and stepped my workouts for week 1
1 hour and a half of basketball
Lifting(and abs)
Insanity
And basketball and sprints at night
Week 2:
Morning jog before I eat
Lift(and abs)
Insanity
Basketball and jog at night
Also I have been on the keto diet for the last two weeks trying to get my body fat reduced as much as possible. Any suggestions

you shouldn't be dieting at all, you're too young and still growing, but if u really want to make a visual change for your vacation you're best bet is to lower your calories and carbs for the next 2 weeks you will not lose much fat but you will lose some water weight making you possibly look a little better on the beach.
