I'm bulking and trying to get 1lb a week. How do u guys workout to increase you're weight? Do u guys do like a 8-10 rep range one week and then 6-8 rep range the next week or do u stick with a certain rep range for a month? I've been trying to push more weight as well as gain a pound. Need ur help guys. and also what's the maximum amount of weight gain a person should look to see in about one week? 1 or 2 lbs?
