Need a general concensus here to help me make a decision whether to try some testosterone booster such as Cytodyne's cyclo Z-mass or tropicana's testo boost. Are these supplements as good as some of these manufacturers claim?
Please recommend or otherwise if they are worth a try, particularly as I have real trouble gaining mass.

flax oil and tribulus are supposed to be good...
Have to be sure the tribulus has as least 40% saponins though

Do you mean flax oil on its own? Thats a new one on me. Do you add it to a shake and if so how much?

I put up a request about tribulus in the over 35 section of the forums and got a reply that flax oil (on its own) is a better booster than tribulus.
3 tblspoons a day I think the guy said.

actually i think highly levels of flax will reduce your indigenous hormones.

Everywhere I have read says tribulus does not work on raising test levels.
I do think that ZMA works though and even if it didn't, it will supply extra stuff for your body

Their are some good testerone booster products out there, Endotest by SAN, Vitrix by Nutrex, FUZU by Syntrax, and even using 6-OXO should work fairly well.

bro , trib is shown to raise more estrogen levels then actually test levels , and i dont think zma is worth the money , make your own .
