    Help a dude last longer :D

    Alright, so I'm tired of lasting 10-20min with girls and would like to bring it up to 60min or so, I have no problem giving orgasms but just want to last longer.


    I am wondering if the fapping a couple of hours before sex actually works? and does it affect your performance?

    Any other tips for lasting longer are welcome.
