I recently had a posterior labral repair and want to get a resistance band to aid the physical therapy in the coming weeks/months but not sure which thickness to get or if I should get multiple. Found this brand online with several sizes, also open to opinions if anyone has a recommendation for a different brand

for the banded y's and wipers, i like to use knee wrap. therabands are also fine. the bands from perform better as the above poster suggested are fine as well.

I've been using the elitefts blue bands for awhile, really been a big help. Made my pullup and dip numbers go way up. I think i'm about ready for the orange ones(one level weaker).
