You've done a great job and look super cut. I'm not sure what your goal is but I would say it is time to start a clean bulk and add some more muscle to your shoulders and chest. You have great foundation and can add some solid size.

7-9%. Kinda hard to tell. Looks like u have some water weight covering your abs. Cut carbs for about 4-6 days u will look closer to 7%

Im in Africa, so water weight will be unavoidable in this heat

No way youre 7% like the above poster said, id guess around 10%. Cut more if you want to get shredded, maintain if youre content, bulk if you want to eat more. Either way you look good at the moment op
