Just bought a set of Powerblocks off Gumtree. I was leaning towards the Ironmasters, but after trying out the Powerblocks I'm sold. They always looked a bit flimsy to me, and potentially noisy. Turns out they're solid AF. They go from 2.5kg - 41kg. Combine that with my power rack/cable pulley setup and it's time to cancel my gym membership.

srs though: Southbank, Docklands, Crown Casino & Federation Square are worth a look for both food and drink. Pubs everywhere so take your pick. If you can catch a tram down to St Kilda and its a nice day its worth it too.

If you are into sport the sports museum at the MCG is pretty good too.

You can also see a filming of the show 'The Project' for free, you just have to book online and its in chapel st so easy to get to. GF booked that but I enjoyed it too.

take 0g a day for a month then take 50g a day for 6 months i guarantee the results are the same
