supermans other weakness is his morals. remember he wont hurt nor kill a human. batman uses every advantage, and he would exploit that. In the Dark Knight Returns, he beat superman, but he cheated. Using a synthetic kryptonite and had green arrow shoot him in the back while he fought bats. Its the only way he could win.

btw before they did a different ending, Darth Vader killed bats also.

they were making Aquaman more powerful then superman at one point. He had the ability to drain the water from every living thing and kill it. Also had the ability of complete mind control of any living thing with water in its system.

In a comic arc superman has been quoted to say he's afraid batman and doesn't understand him and how he can do what he does without any super powers. Supes has some mad respect for batman.

Superman with morales won't rip Bruce apart and depending on how long Bruce had prep time he could easily reck superman sadly. Look into the characters Bruce is a god when you give him time to prepare.
