Almost at my idea cut...what next

Hey guys, so after 3-3.5 months i'm down to an almost ideal bf%. My Bodyspace "goal" is 168lbs (not sure if that would be optimal...we'll see). i'm currently at 145lbs, should I do a slow continuous bulk to 168, or would it be better to bulk up, cut my fat down, and then continue to bulk/cut until 168? As always thanks for the responses.

Just do a slow bulk and aim for ~.5-1lb of weight gain per week.

yeah, i figured as much that it'll take a while. Would you recommend 10% or 20% increase calories?

0.5lbs a week seems like a lot, is that the recommended benchmark? I want to minimize as much fat gain as possible (i know no fat gain is impossible)

Yep, that's a lean bulk, and for a natty, 1-2lbs a month is ideal.
    We're all gonna make it.
