Agreed...Roellys issues are never size, hes massive...just conditioning. 2013 Mr. O was the best hes ever looked by far and probably should have placed 5th ahead of Jay and Dexter but since he hasn't been close to that conditioning.
Also remember hearing Dennis James telling a story about whoever Ramy listens to having him carb up on nothing but watermelon before a show lmao.Rep people who say they rep back but they never rep back crew

yes I said that , go check what happend to IFBB Pro (Mohamed Salama) and why the kicked him out of O2 gym
when he was their favorite boy
on the other hand Ramy is looking good (didn't look like **** salama) thats the difference
i left this section entirely because it's the same circle of posters nothing new
about popular ofcourse he is , and so is Flex Wheeler (nobody noticed his syntholed biceps till he stopped bodybuilding) thats the art
Edit: and why Dennis James got kicked out of O2 gym?Last edited by SUPER_MANLET; 09-02-2015 at 02:27 AM.

proof? Didn't you read those questions?
Just look at salama, the prototype for the project "Synthol in yo face", which was later abandoned by the O2 gym lab enterprise, as a failed experiment, since they weren't able to perfect the synthol injection method in his quads. After Salama, however, they found a way to inject synthol all over them quads, but they needed another guinea pig. Enter Small Ramy, a fisherman who had dreams of greatness, but lacked the resources..the perfect candidate. Contracts were signed, and so the transformation begun...Small Ramy had ascended, he was now Big Ramy.
Scientists and artists gathered to determine the best way to introduce Big Ramy into the bodybuilding world. They understood that Big Ramy would need more then simple volume, he would need the strength of a real pro bodybuilder, to avoid any suspicions that might arise. Synthol wasn't able to give Ramy strength since, after all, he was still Small Ramy inside. Another substance was to be developed, and after a rigorous work schedule, scientists created Syntroll. Big Ramy 2.0, a much stronger version of his old self, was then created.
A careful statistical survey run by the scientific department of the O2 gym enterprise showed that in order to fit in the bodybuilding industry, ramy would need a guru. However, that guru would have to be kept clueless about the "Synthol in yo face" project. As we know, Dennis James was the chosen guru. What you didn't know is that, one day, DJ decided to fly to kuwait to surprise his pal Ramy at the O2 Gym...the poor man had no idea what he was about to see (despite living in the same house as ramy for quite some time while prepping for a contest). Ramy was hooked on a metallic chair, with a syringe connected to every relevant muscle group (except calves because, well... yah), that pumped massive amounts of the new and improved Syntroll into his already filled body. Outraged and scared, DJ run away from the O2 gym heading for the airport, but the department of security intervened just in time, and he was detained. DJ was then forced to sign a confidentiality agreement after which he was able to get back to the US. That is, of course, why he has never opened his mouth about what Big Ramy really represents.
However, somehow, information got leaked and that is how we know."Kai's traps outsize him, when you compare them to the rest of his body, he's very very thick there, it makes him unbalanced." - Lee Thompson

Stealth,
Do you think that "IFBB Politics" play any kind of role in the placings at shows? Including women's, men's physique et. Or do you feel that the contests are judged pretty fairly without any bias for the most part.
Just curious because you seem to often defend the IFBB and their subsequent decisions or rulings. Yes, I realize it is all subjective but just wondering your thoughts...
Btw, even most industry insiders and the so called gurus had Kai definitively beating Phil in prejudging last year but they claim Phil really tightened up in finals and therefore won. Just sayin'. Kai was not 100% in prejudging but Phil was way off, even self admittedly when he talks about it. He said he was at 80% so I suppose you are saying that Kai was at >80% in 2014 prejudging?
Also, hope you do a "Stealth's OLYMPIA Pics" thread this year if you are going. Always good to see your various pics with bb's from the Expo.Last edited by Canuck77; 09-02-2015 at 07:56 AM.

He's doing fine. 3rd at the arnold and well spoken. As long as he keeps his stomach in check, he's more than likely going to place over branch the next time they compete together (ie top 2 at the arnold or top 6 at the O).
He's young and is taking the long road to put on a lot of mass by not wasting months cutting similar to what Evan Centopani was doing. The difference is Compton can still add much more to his frame, unlike Evan.Last edited by bartosh; 09-02-2015 at 03:31 PM.

Phil gets straight five for prejudging, as well as finals .... That was bull ****. Kai was looking great, was in mix of 2012 cond and 2013 mass. Phil come better in the finals, but Kai as well but carry more mass and width then Phil and was in equal of his condition in the finals. While in the pre Kai was simply better and improve in every second, while Phil was fading badly and was looking worst from the top 4.
Its all about what is their interest, not who have the best package. Thats the truth.
Ramy looking great, only reason to watch the Olympia, to see his package.

I wouldn't say Kai was 'looking great'.... and it doesnt matter how big Kai is he can be 350lbs and not beat phil. He needs to be diced to the bone. 2012 was the best Kai ever, he stood next to phil and every single shot it was CLOSE. If Kai can bring the same conditioning and hold some fullness he would legitimately beat Phil, this outmass thing hes been trying to do is not even close. Kai cannot be soft. Even when Phil is off like he was last year he still beats Kai when Kai is soft, and Kai was extremely soft from the front last year. I knew the moment he walked out prejudging he had no chance.
Also noone has come close to beating Phil aside from Kai in 2012. His fullness, and shape combined with conditioning creates a overall look that just overpowers everyone else thats all there is too it...Last edited by Laterade; 09-02-2015 at 11:08 PM.
